Along the Fulda as Kassel’s key historic lifeline and waterway, discover several exhibition venues as well as local cafés and partner venues of documenta fifteen. This walk offers above all the chance to swim in the Fulda and relax in the Karlsaue Park, whose “Reflection Points” invite you to rest and contemplate.
Recommended Gear: Bring beach/swimwear
- Route: mostly wheelchair accessible, note ground conditions on Karlswiese (fine gravel) and an up to 12% incline on bridges in some places, also steps when crossing a bridge in Karlsaue Park, alternative routes are signposted.
- Exhibition Venues: All wheelchair accessible with the exception of the Rondell.
