Media representatives have the opportunity to apply for accreditation for a visit during the duration of documenta fifteen (Saturday, June 18 – Sunday, September 25, 2022) via an online form. They can also apply for accreditation on site at the documenta fifteen press center during the preview days and while the exhibition is running.

Accreditation is required for the preview days (Wednesday, June 15 – Friday, June 17, 2022).

Online accreditation for the preview days is closed.

Media representatives can apply for accreditation over the course of the exhibition (June 18 – September 25, 2022) via an online form.

They can also apply for accreditation on site at the documenta fifteen press center during the preview days and while the exhibition is running.

To apply for accreditation, media representatives must present a valid international press pass or an editorial certificate confirming their planned journalistic coverage in the context of documenta fifteen.

During the preview days:

Press accreditation entitles you to free admission to all venues during the preview days (Wednesday, June 15 – Friday, June 17, 2022). Accreditation also allows you to attend the opening press conference on June 15, 2022 at 11 am.

Professional accreditation entitles you to free admission to all venues during the preview days (Wednesday, June 15 – Friday, June 17, 2022).

During the exhibition:

Press accreditation entitles you to free admission to all venues on up to three days over the course of the exhibition (Staurday, June 18 – Sunday, September 25, 2022).

No, it is not possible to be accredited as a group. Individual applications must be submitted in each case.

Filming must be announced beforehand in order to ensure access to the exhibition venues. The accreditation form for media representatives allows you to include this information in your application. Upon confirmation of the application, the filming permit will be included on the accreditation ticket.

Each member of a film crew must apply for individual accreditation via the accreditation form or on site at the documenta fifteen press center.

Media representatives can also apply for accreditation on site at the documenta fifteen press center during the preview days and while the exhibition is running.

Further, media representatives can apply for accreditation over the course of the exhibition (June 18 – September 25, 2022) via an online form.
