Open daily from 10 am to 8 pm, the Welcome Center at ruruHaus provides visitors with comprehensive information about their visit (Info & Service), tickets and exhibition walks (Tickets & Tours), coffee specialties and other gastronomic offerings (Café), as well as documenta fifteen publications, selected books and merchandise (Books & Goods).
