Trampoline House was founded in 2010 by a group of artists, activists, and asylum seekers as a counter-project to Danish immigration and asylum policies. Unfortunately, Trampoline House had to close in its existing form due to lack of funding in December 2020, but as a lumbung member Trampoline House will remain part of documenta fifteen.

Despite its closure, Trampoline House remains part of the lumbung network initiated by ruangrupa for documenta fifteen and will use its participation to open a temporary ‘Weekend Trampoline House’ in an existing culture house in Copenhagen and to create a model for a new, self-sustainable Trampoline House.
