A music and dance ritual by Roberto N Peyre and John Cussans inaugurated the installation of lumbung artist Atis Rezistans | Ghetto Biennale at St. Kunigundis Church in Kassel. During the performance, the artists draw a diagram based on a sigil of Cunigunde, Ottonian queen and saint. Dancing through the powder drawing, the ritual gives way to a live music session merging electronic music by Dungeon Acid with Haitian traditional Vodou percussion rhythms, performed by Jean Claude Saintillus. Additional live percussion by Bastian Hegedorn.
