“Oops!… Petruk did it again” A Conversation about Mobilising Image and Mobilised Image by Taring Padi, Kiri Dalena, Richard Bell

Overwhelming public interest in documenta fifteen, which include controversies surrounding the collective works of lumbung artists Taring Padi, Archives des luttes des femmes en Algérie, Subversive Film and The Question of Funding, invite us to reflect on how images operate beyond their representational aspect.

In this conversation, invited guests will share their views on how image mobilises itself into, for example, social and political entity and how image is being used or misused (mobilised) for certain purposes.
