The event Circulating Salt by Wilma Lukatsch, member of lumbung artists Jimmie Durham & A Stick in the Forest by the Side of the Road, is about the history of the salt as a material and how we connect this white crystal to the landscape to our body.
Not only talking about the salt, we will practice how to use salt while cooking and take the most benefit of it. Ayami Awazuhara is a chef specialized in traditional Japanese cuisine, and an artist and writer. After graduating from University of Arts Berlin, she followed her passion and learnt the philosophy of traditional Kaiseki food in Kyoto. Her artwork explores between sociology and anthropology, connecting them to everyday life.
