New Rural School Activation: Fermentation Workshop is an event by lumbung member Jatiwangi art Factory. 

Mama Fun performes the knowledge of fermentation. She brings local ingredients and seeds from her indigeneous community in Molo,  Indonesia.

Lakoat.Kujawas have been actively archiving local knowledges and run programs with farmers and weavers from Molo to teach students nature-based entrepreneurship skills. Food is their way of articulating the role community plays in the process of integrating their contextual knowledge and culture to think about resilience.
