LOW BUDGET FILM MAKING is an event by lumbung artist Wakaliga Uganda. Ramon Film Production is a movie production company founded in 2006 in Uganda, East Africa. It is well known for making low-budget movies and training the younger generation. For RURUKIDS, Ramon Film Productions will collaborate with Offener Kanal and develop a low-budget film workshop with children, with all steps from script writing, acting, and shooting. The final movie will be screened later at RURUKIDS and streamed online.

Nothing to bring. Parents will be asked to sign a permission for shooting and online sharing.
