This multi-voiced reading session and book talk touches on the commonalities between mourning and healing practices in Central Asia and Abya Yala (Latin America). It addresses the triple colonial wound of timelessness, earthlessness and worldlessness. The event is organized by lumbung artist Saodat Ismailova, moderated by artist, researcher, and editor Sophie Krier, and features a contribution by decolonial thinker Rolando Vázquez.
