Chilltan suv – performative video installation with Aïda Adilbek by Saodat Ismailova

lumbung artist Saodat Ismailova invites Aïda Adilbek to present Chilltan suv, a performative video installation inspired by water and its ebbs and flows. The video follows household quires traditionally assigned to women: cooking, cleaning, watering plants, and repairing clothes. A clothesline zigzags across the space with kurpacha (Uzbek matresses) hanging from them like laundry. They reflect the video into the space, creating a collage of images.
