These tickets are available:

Day ticket

27 Euros

The day ticket is for a 1-day visit at documenta 15.
You can choose the day of your visit.
On that day you can:

  • look at all of the pieces of art at documenta 15.
  • also use the ticket to travel on the bus and tram.

You can travel in and around Kassel with this ticket.
This area is called KasselPlus.

Pieces of art are for example:

  • Paintings
  • Photography
  • Films
  • Art figures

Or special events.

Reduced day ticket

19 Euros

The reduced day ticket is the same as the day ticket,
But it is for example for:

  • people with disabilities
  • and for refugees.

If you have a disability
and you bring a person to help you at documenta.
This person does not need to buy a ticket.

If you want to buy a reduced day ticket,
you need to show your certificate of disability.

Refugees are people
who had to leave their country.
For example:
Because the country is at war.

2-day ticket

45 Euros

The 2 day ticket is for a 2 day visit to documenta 15.
You can choose day 1 of your visit.
Day 2 is the day after day 1.

During the two days you can:

  • look at all of the pieces of art at documenta 15.
  • also use the ticket to travel on the bus and tram.

You can travel in and around Kassel with this ticket.
This area is called KasselPlus.

Reduced 2-day ticket

32 Euros

The reduced 2-day ticket is the same as the 2 day ticket.
But it is for example for:

  • people with disabilities
  • refugees

If you have a disability
and you bring a person to help you at documenta.
This person does not need to buy a ticket.

If you want to buy a reduced day ticket,
you need to show your certificate of disability.

Family ticket

60 Euros

This ticket can be used at the same time by:

  • 2 adults
  • and 3 children up to the age of 18.

The family ticket is for a 1-day visit to documenta 15.
You can choose the day of your visit.
On that day, you can:

  • look at all of the pieces of art at documenta 15.
  • also use the ticket to travel on the bus and tram.

You can travel in and around Kassel with this ticket.
This area is called KasselPlus.

Season ticket

129 Euros

You can use this ticket every day for documenta 15:
From June 18 th to September 25 th 2022.
During this time you can
look at all of the pieces of art at documenta 15.

Please note!
You cannot use this ticket on the bus or tram.

Reduced season ticket

104 Euros

The reduced season ticket is for:

  • people with severe disabilities
  • refugees.

If you have a disability
and you bring a person to help you at documenta.
This person does not need to buy a ticket.

If you want to buy a reduced day ticket,
you need to show your certificate of disability.

Solidarity ticket

27 Euros

The solidarity ticket is a special ticket.
You can buy this ticket for another person.
This is how it works:
You buy the solidarity ticket.
But you do not take the ticket home with you.
You leave the ticket at the ticket shop.

Another person then comes to the ticket shop
and asks for a solidarity ticket.

This person can have the ticket
But does not have to pay for it.
This person can only have a solidarity ticket
if someone else has already paid for a solidarity ticket.

That is for example:

  • A building,
  • a shop
  • or a stall.

People can buy tickets for documenta 15 there.

Every ticket is for a good cause

When documenta sells a ticket
it gives 1 Euro to a good cause.
For example:
documenta gives money:

  • to plant new trees in the forest near Kassel
  • to plant different plants
    near the city of Jambi in the country of Indonesia.

Donation

When you buy your ticket,
you can also make a small donation of 5 Euros to documenta.

A donation is money.
