Firas Hamdan from lumbung artist LE 18 takes visitors on a journey to the Levant and the Mediterranean, where his childhood memories and his culinary experiences intertwine. The taste of olives brings to the surface the stories of exile and displacement of his family. The collective cooking session with Firas is open to anyone who would like to take part in this conversation and share a meal at the end of the day.
