lumbung – a new artistic-collaborative perspective of documenta fifteen

The photo exhibition lumbung shows photographic works by Marcus Tragesser on the local and international collectives of documenta fifteen.

Marcus Tragesser is an artist with dual family roots, Guatemala and Germany. Familiar with politically precarious balances between individual and collectively integrated self-image, as well as with imbalances in the evaluation of different cultures, has attempted with his optical forays on the documenta fifteen to give ruangrupa’s proposal of an artistic-cultural paradigm shift a pictorial presence.

The opening speech will be held by Prof. Dr. Ursula Panhans-Bühler.
