elTOQUE is an independent multimedia platform by lumbung member Instituto de Artivismo Hannah Arendt (INSTAR) focused on showing Cuba in all its diversity, complexity, and creativity. Its very existence is a commitment to the diversity of voices in the ecosystem of media that publish for Cubans.
