In Conversation: Mukaidaisi Muhetaer by Saodat Ismailova
lumbung artist Saodat Ismailova invites the Uyghur researcher and anthropologist Mukaidaisi Muhetaer to present some results of her fieldwork on the social and economic life of Uyghurs in rural Kashgar. Followed by a discussion, the presentation will help broaden the understanding of Central Asia as a region comprising not only former soviet territories.
