The exhibition-screening Images of life by female fine art artists of Soviet Kyrgyzstan (2021) by lumbung artist Saodat Ismailova showcases the visual language of women artists who lived and worked in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. It tells the history of fine art in Kyrgyzstan from the 1930s to the 1990s through the practice of women.

It is a public archiving and circulation of images of women artists’ works through the research of materials from the library and collection of the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts, their processing and systematization.
