Gudskul x Tokonoma present: Ghost Festival 盂蘭盆会 by Gudskul

For this event lumbung member Gudskul invites the Kassel-based collective Tokonoma to inhabit their space in the Fridskul (at Fridericianum).

Entitled Ghost Festival 盂蘭盆会, this event is a celebration in accordance to Japanese Buddhism, where the souls of the deceased come to earth on August 13 and go on August 16 back to beyond. This event consists of a discussion, a screening, and a children handicraft workshop with Han Jung-Hwa Nataly, Aiko Okamoto, and Andara Shastika, among others.
