Gudrun Ingratubun: Harvesting from benches
Together with the lumbung artists, children will harvest the herbs from the nongkrong bench garden, built by children from the previous workshop. The seeds have grown, and participants will prepare two dishes from the harvest: the local dish potatoes with green sauce and the Indonesian dish Gado-Gado.
