fermenta 1.5 by lumbung artist Nhà Sàn Collective is a collaboration between humans and humans, collectives and collectives, and human (and) nature. The materials, containers, and ingredients from Vietnam, Indonesia, and Germany were prepared and processed in July—the rest was left to the universe: temperature, climate, bacteria, and all other elements. Visitors are invited to join the artists in celebrating the harvest by tasting, seeing, smelling, eating, rolling, drinking, and cooking.
