lumbung member Instituto de Artivismo Hannah Arendt (INSTAR) and guests talk about two partnering festivals: Rotilla Festival in Cuba and Exit Festival in Serbia. The affiliation of the management group in Havana with the Serbs was the pretext of the Cuban authorities to publicly discredit its organizers and steal the event in the year 2011.
