As threats against artistic expression rise globally, many artists have no other choice but to go into exile in order to ensure their livelihood. The panel Dissident Artists in Exile by lumbung member Instituto de Artivismo Hannah Arendt (INSTAR) explores how artists navigate life in exile after facing harsh persecution in their home countries.
